MacQueen Systems is a fast-growing general contractor delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and multi-family builds across the Fraser Valley. We’re looking for hard-working, coachable people to join our team—no ego, no drama, just a crew that shows up ready to crush it.
Whether you’ve got experience or not, if you’ve got a strong work ethic and a pair of steel toes, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- General site cleanup, sweeping, debris removal
- Loading/unloading and moving materials on site
- Assisting carpenters, framers, and operators
- Demolition work and light tool use (training provided)
- Supporting the crew wherever needed
What We’re Looking For:
- No prior experience required—we’ll train the right person
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Coachable, dependable, and team-focused
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation are a bonus
