Craig MacQueen brings 20 years of construction industry experience to every project we undertake. Five years ago, he was working alone from a truck. Today, he leads a multi-division construction and earthworks company that has grown exponentially through reputation, relationships, and a refusal to compromise on quality or integrity. Craig’s approach to business centres on community involvement, philanthropy, and treating people with respect. His belief that construction companies should genuinely care about project outcomes, communicate honestly even when it’s uncomfortable, and build things they’re proud of shapes the entire company’s culture. That philosophy trickles down to how our employees treat each other, how trades get coordinated, and ultimately how clients experience their projects. Craig serves as an active Rotary Club member, supports local schools and Indigenous-led initiatives, and prioritizes keeping business relationships and economic activity within the Fraser Valley. His direction for MacQueen Systems isn’t about being the biggest construction company; it’s about being the one that does right by its team, its clients, and its community.

Our team in training
At MacQueen Systems, we are proud to invest in the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Our team includes a group of driven apprentices who are actively working toward their Red Seal certification, and we are committed to supporting them every step of the way.
We believe that building great projects starts with building great people. That means providing a clear path for growth, supporting ongoing education, and creating opportunities for hands-on learning in the field. Our apprentices are not just gaining experience, they are developing into highly skilled professionals with the backing of a company and a team that genuinely wants to see them succeed.
This journey is not an easy one, and the dedication these individuals show every day does not go unnoticed. We are incredibly proud of their progress and the standard they are setting for the future of our industry.
These up-and-coming tradespeople are a key part of what we are building at MacQueen Systems, and they will play a vital role in our long-term success.
