Chilliwack, BC | Full-Time | Base: $55,000–$75,000 + commission

MacQueen Systems is a growing general contractor tackling everything from custom kitchens to full commercial builds. We don’t just believe in great communication—we live it. Every lead gets a call back, every client stays in the loop, and we set the bar high so people know they’re in good hands from day one. That’s why we’re looking for a Sales & Estimating Rep who can take the ball and run with it—capturing leads, keeping clients in the loop, putting together solid estimates, and working with our PMs to close deals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Capture and manage incoming leads from social media, CRM (BuilderTrend), email, phone, and web
- Qualify and follow up with leads so no one slips through the cracks
- Create accurate estimates with support from PMs and ownership
- Visit sites to gather scope details, take measurements, and guide clients through their options
- Keep BuilderTrend CRM updated with notes, contacts, and deal stages—no paper scraps here
- Build relationships with clients so they trust us to deliver
- Collaborate with the team to hand off signed projects smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in construction sales, estimating, or project management
- Solid understanding of residential and/or commercial construction—able to talk real details, not sales buzzwords
- Proven track record of quoting and estimating projects accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication—you know how to keep clients informed and at ease
- Motivated self-starter who can take initiative without handholding
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple leads at once
- Comfortable with BuilderTrend or other CRM platforms (training available if you’ve got the drive)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for site visits
